Note:  We have sold about 5,000 of these over the past 7 years, and only 3 people have lost their augers. ALL THREE were when they put the drill in reverse – this loosens the drill bit. DO NOT flip from Forward to Reverse to back auger out of the hole.  DO NOT PUT DRILL IN REVERSE – PULL AUGER & CHUCK UP!
